Handbags & Jewelry:
All cotton materials have been prewashed. For ongoing care, handbags should be dry cleaned only. Leather handbags should be cared for accordingly and should never be washed/soaked in water.

Please note that although cotton materials have been washed, it is possible for colors to transpose onto lighter clothing. Below are instructions on care for each type of fabric combination.

Leather bags:
Everyday surface dirt can be cleaned with a mixture of warm water and a mild facial soap (such as Dove).

  • Dip a clean damp white cotton cloth into the mixture, squeeze out the excess liquid. Do not over soak the leather, as leather takes time to dry.
  • Wipe the area gently in a circular motion.
  • After cleaning, rinse the cloth to remove any suds then use the cloth to wipe away any soapy residue from the area.
  • Use a clean dry white cotton cloth to dry the area.

Always test first in a small hidden spot to ensure the colour will not fade or darken.

For heavier dirt and stains, bags should be professionally cleaned. This will also eliminate the risk of damaging the materials and structure of the bag.

Fabric bags:
All of our fabrics are pre-washed prior to manufacturing. Everyday surface dirt should be cleaned away as soon as possible as it happens. Clean materials as you would do for your clothing made of similar fabrics. Do not put items in the washing machine.

  • Using a damp white cotton cloth in a mixture of cold water (as fabrics are printed) and a mild soap and blot the area.
  • Rinse the cloth to remove suds and wipe the area clean, then let dry.

For heavier dirt and stains, have the bag professionally cleaned. This will also eliminate the risk of damaging the materials and structure of the bag.

Leather/Fabric combination bags:
Light surface dirt can be cleaned, on each of these two materials as mentioned above. However due to the combination of these materials, it is recommended bags be professionally cleaned to eliminate the potential risk of bleeding of materials onto another.

Jewelry:
Jewelry is made with nickel free gold/silver/ or platinum plated materials. We also combine these with the use of leather and glass or stone beads (as per product description). We recommend applying perfume, cosmetics and hand creams prior to wearing your jewelry. Jewelry can be cleaned with a soft dry or damp cloth (as needed). Jewelry should not be soaked in water and should be kept away from moisture. This will reduce the risk of tarnishing, and damaging the surface. Leather items should not be exposed to water. Jewelry should be stored in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
